Overleaf Professional features include real-time track changes, unlimited collaborators, and full document history. The result are documents with a professionally looking typography without spending any time on it. To start writing your manuscript in Overleaf, simply click the Open as template. Another subscription is to an online and collaborative LaTeX editor, Overleaf, in which you can easily integrate your BibTeX files into documents. Zotero is a well-established open source tool with powerful features that EndNote does not have, including seamless integration with the Overleaf platform, which many Caltech authors now use for writing and publishing. LaTeX is based on the principle that authors should solely have to take care of the content and not have to deal with the document formatting. It is particularly useful for writing of mathematical formulas, something that is complicated with visual programs such as MS Word, and structured texts as the table of content is generated and updated automatically. LaTeX is a typesetting system for document production that is commonly used for scientific texts such as articles, theses, and books.
